RFP for Preparation of Circulation Element
Township of Franford

Frankford Township is the recipient of a $55,000.00 grant from the New Jersey Office of Smart Growth as part of an ongoing attempt by the Township to receive plan endorsement. The Township of Frankford seeks to contract the services of a qualified planning and community design firm to complete its circulation plan element and identify changes to existing planning documents that are necessary to ensure implementation.
