National Main Streets Conference (National Trust for Historic
Preservation). The firm has been retained by NJ DCA to advise
Main Street municipalities on revitalization and economic restructuring.
We've conducted more than two dozen Community Insights studies
in rural and suburban settings, as well as urban settings such
as Times Square, the Flatbush section of Brooklyn, the South
Bronx, and Hunting Park section of Philadelphia. In each case,
the goal has been to analyze and assess markets, uncover opportunities
for growth, and develop strategies to recruit new business,
retain existing businesses, and establish the location as a
destination for residents, shoppers, and visitors.
